This incident resulted in the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested in connection with a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by police.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, the force said.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the incident, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was one of the those hurt in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for treatment and were later released.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of individuals injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - an event that police said was a standalone incident and not being treated as terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
